Wedding Day Management | $3,150
- Typically called “Month-Of” but it’s so much more than that!
- It starts when you hire us! We’ll give guidance through the planning process (unlimited emails), suggestions, refer vendors, expert advice, or just be shoulder to cry on!
- Site Visit/In Person Meeting
- Create a Timeline & Vendor Contact Sheet
- Handle all Logistics & Details
- Contact all vendors (30-60 days before) to ensure what you've contracted is in line with the solid plan for the day and really take them off your shoulders!
- Rehearsal/Personal Item Pick Up
- Lead Coordinator + Assistant
- Place special elements as needed (welcome table, menus, any sweetheart items, etc)
- Manage reception making sure all important moments happen (ceremony, toasts, dinner, dances, cake cutting, final payments, etc)
- Bottom line we want you to relax and enjoy the day!
