Wedding Day Management | $2,950
- Typically called “Day-Of” but it’s so much more than that!
- Guidance through the planning process and give suggestions and refer vendors to make sure you're on the right track (unlimited emails/calls)
- Site Visit/In Person Meeting
- Create a Timeline & Contact Sheet
- Handle all Logistics & Details
- Contact all vendors (60-90 days before) to ensure what you've contracted is in line with the solid plan for the day
- Rehearsal/Personal Item Pick Up
- Lead Coordinator + Assistant
- Place special elements as needed (welcome table, menus, any sweetheart items, etc)
- Manage reception making sure all important moments happen (ceremony, toasts, dinner, dances, cake cutting, final payments, etc)
- Botton line I want you to relax and enjoy the day!
