Be our guest and read all about what went into planning Jon and Cody's 'Beauty and the Beast' themed wedding in the featured article on Equally Wed.

“Cody has always loved Beauty and the Beast so we decided to incorporate the Beauty and the Beast Theme into his and Jonathan’s wedding. We were lucky enough to find the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda that looks opulent and fits perfectly as the ballroom for our theme. We bought characters from the movie and put hints of them around the room with just enough to show the theme, but not too much to make it cheesy. ADVISE | WEDDING PLANNER MAGAZINE

Wedding Planner Magazine asked what the most important lesson we learned at the first destination wedding we planned.

This was our response:

“The first thing I learned about doing a destination wedding is to take the details to the extreme, trust the local contacts/vendors’ suggestions, and prepare to make changes since often times a site visit is not possible.” -Melissa Buffaloe
